Blue Betty, as the community affectionately helped named the roaster, is more than just a piece of equipment.

​She is the heart and soul of our roasting process. With her polished steel drums and intricate dials, Blue Betty has a personality that transcends machinery.

She holds the promise of turning raw green coffee beans into works of art, bursting with vibrant flavors and captivating aromas.
